Hiking is the foundation of initiation to mountain sports. That is why, as every year, together with our friends from CAR – Cluj Branch, we invite the people of Cluj and TMF to join us on a light hike, where we will get to know each other better and  make new friends.

The proposed route: base of the Mountain Rescue – Monastery, with return to the Popii Spring.

Distance : approx. 12km, Elevation gain: 600m D+

– OMV Calea Turzii at 9 :00

or

– Cheile Turzii Mountain Rescue Base at 9:45 am.

The duration of the route is about 4 hours; depending on the number of participants, it can be increased.

Equipment:

• seasonal boots
• long trousers for hiking
• waterproof jacket / cape
• small hiking backpack with water and snacks
