Transylvania Mountain Festival

Transylvania Mountain Festival 2025 in Cluj!

Between November 18 and 23, Cluj will once again become the capital of mountain culture in Romania! The TMF Association is honored to invite you to the eighth edition of the Transylvania Mountain Festival, organized around the theme: Free Spirit.

Transylvania Mountain Festival will welcome mountain lovers, athletes, filmmakers, photographers, explorers, and innovators with an exceptional program that includes film screenings accompanied by thematic discussions, photography exhibitions, and sports workshops. The most anticipated moment of the festival is, of course, the TMF 2025 Awards Gala on November 22 at Cinema Victoria, alongside our beloved actor Bogdan Bob Rădulescu.

Film screenings will take place exclusively at Cinema Victoria, photography exhibitions at Atelier Café and Institut Français à Cluj-Napoca, and recreational activities will be organized at Gravity Climbing Hall and outdoors, around the city of Cluj-Napoca.

The international audience will have the opportunity to discover the incredible adventures and life philosophies of practitioners of skiing, snowboarding, freeriding, MTB, climbing, mountaineering, free flying, sailing, and mountain hiking!

This year, the festival attracted competitors from 24 countries who submitted their projects and works to the festival’s competitions.
